Früh Kölsch is a classic German beer from Cologne, known for its pale golden colour, light body, and crisp, refreshing taste. It’s a type of Kölsch, which is a unique hybrid beer fermented with ale yeast but then cold-conditioned like a lager, giving it a clean finish with delicate fruity and hoppy notes. Brewed since 1904 by the Früh brewery.
Chouffe Cherry is the cherry – and other fruity cameos – on top of your day-out. Its sweet appeal reveals a captivating depth, combining the scent of ripe cherries with just the right amount of strawberry and almond, plus a tickle of spice. Chouffe Cherry is brewed by Brasserie D’Achouffe Brewery.
Oude Geuze Boon is brewed by Brewery Boon. It is deliciously gentle, but also fresh, fruity and complex with an intense finish. It is the result of a unique blend of Lambic that aged in oak barrels and then underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has a clear golden colour.
Trappistes Rochefort 10 is brewed by the Abbaye Notre-Dame de St-Remy in southern Belgium. Deep, rich and exceptionally good, this is possibly the benchmark for Trappist ales. Full fruity aroma, a rich, slightly sweet palate and a long, earthy finish. Broadly in the quadrupel style.
Augustiner Edelstoff is a helles beer that is crisp, refreshing and bright gold in colour. This is a world class beer that’s made with only water, barley and hops, in accordance with German purity laws. Drinkers can expect understated notes of cut grass, herbs, sweet malts and a moderate level of bitterness. Combine this with its light bodiedness and delicate carbonation, and you have all the makings of a fantastic lager with a smooth mouthfeel.
St.Bernardus Abt 12 is brewed by the St. Bernardus brewery. This is a dark beer with a robust head that is ivory in colour. It brims over with different, complex tastes and stands out through its long, bittersweet finish. Thanks to its mild, rounded taste and perfect balance between bitter and sweet, this beer goes down very easily.
Delerium Red is brewed by the Huyghe Brewery. It has a deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Its flavours are sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. The beer has a soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries.
Kwaremont is a full malt blonde beer brewed by de brabandere brewery. Kwaremont has a smooth, full flavour with a light, pleasant bitterness and a spicy touch. The beer has a clear bronze colour with a firm head.
Pauwel Kwak is a Belgian beer brewed by Bosteels in Buggenhout. It is a traditional strong Belgian amber ale, a perfect blend of malt and hops with a wonderful complexity of flavour. Kwak is a warming beer with hints of liquorice and a slightly spicy character of coriander and hops. There is a subtle aroma of banana, pineapple and mango.
Kasteel Tropical is a Belgian fruit beer brewed by the Vanhonsebrouck brewery. It is known for its vibrant yellow colour and tropical flavours of passion fruit, pineapple, and mango. It has a dry, slightly bitter aftertaste with lingering tropical notes. The beer’s primary scent comes from passion fruit, with hints of sweetness from the pineapple.
Kasteel Rubus Framboise is a Belgian fruit beer brewed by the Vanhonsebrouck brewery. The beer is ruby-red in colour, has a pink head, and is noted for its fruity aroma and refreshing, easy-drinking quality. It is a full-bodied, top-fermented beer that features a balanced flavour of sweet raspberries and slight bitterness, with a malty undertone.

Rodenbach Grand Cru is an exceptional Flemish red-brown ale that owes its fresh, sour taste and complex fruitiness to its lengthy partial maturation in wooden oak casks.
It is brewed by Brewery Rodenbach in Belgium.
Geuze Mariage Parfait is brewed by Brewery Boon. It is an unsweetened, unfiltered Oude Geuze from Lembeek. This beer mainly consists of 3-year Lambic that matured in oak barrels. This is the very finest Lambic that matured in the brewery’s very best barrels.
The Pêche Mel Bush has been brewed since 2009 by Brasserie Dubuisson. The natural fruit aromas and extracts provide a beautiful harmony with the bitterness of the Bush Caractère, creating a full-mouthed and completely balanced beer. The Pêche Mel Bush is a filtered, top-fermented beer.
Duchesse Chocolate Cherry, crafted by the Verhaeghe-Vichte Brewery, is a barrel-aged dark cherry beer that undergoes a 6-month maturation process in oak casks. This results in a delectable balance of sweetness and sourness.
Chimay 150 is an exquisite, sophisticated, strong blonde beer delivering aromas of bergamot, lime and white flowers alongside hints of rosemary. On the palate it delivers spicy and smoky flavours in a smooth and mellow texture. It is brewed by the Bières de Chimay brewery.
Straffe Hendrik Wild is an abbey tripel refermented with wild yeast. Brewed by Bruges brewer Halve Maan Brewery. Straffe Hendrik Wild pours a golden colour, with aromas of fruit and caramel malt. It can be enjoyed fresh or aged in the bottle for a few years as the flavours continue to develop.
Barbar is a Belgian honey beer brewed by Brasserie Lefebvre. It is a full bodied and warming, honey bitter-sweet, Blond Speciality. Barbar is blond coloured and has quite a full and creamy head.
Westvleteren
The Trappist Westvleteren is brewed by the monks of the Sint-Sixtus abbey.
Five natural ingredients are used to brew three Trappist beers: Blond, 8 and 12. They each have their own colour, taste and aroma. All beers are unfiltered and not pasteurised, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. All this contributes to the taste and aroma.
