Hosted by Patrick Van Leijsen, The Huyghe Brewery are coming to In Den Engel to share an insight into the brewing process of some of their most popular beers. A free event with complementary beer tasting.

Beers of the Month

La Guillotine is a powerful 8.5% ABV Belgian strong blond ale brewed by Brouwerij Huyghe. Originally launched in 1989 for the French Revolution’s bicentennial, this golden, triple-fermented beer features a complex, fruity, and spicy profile with a dry, bitter, and warming finish.
Kwaremont is a full malt blonde beer brewed by de brabandere brewery. Kwaremont has a smooth, full flavour with a light, pleasant bitterness and a spicy touch. The beer has a clear bronze colour with a firm head.
St. Feuillien Grand Cru is a premium, high-alcohol (9.5% ABV) Belgian strong pale ale, characterized by its extra-blond, pale appearance, and fine white, frothy head. It offers a complex aroma of hops and fruit, with a distinct, dry-hopped taste featuring Styrian Golding hops in bloom.

Where to find us

We are located opposite the Miller and Carter in Ainsdale. We are a 10 minute walk from Ainsdale train station and have bus stops right outside the bar running services such as the 44, 47, 49 and X2.
